Announcement, April 2008
An inquiry was made to the fact that, Royal Resorts has gone through the process
of De-Listing, moving its business from Grand Cayman to Belize. The TAPRC Board
is aware of this activity as it was thoroughly reviewed by our attorney who
confirmed that the transactions were all legal and all contracts that Pelican
has with Royal are whole and unaffected.
The TAPRC Board has performed its "Due Diligence on the De-Listing issue" and is
satisfied that everything is in order and the matter is now closed.
