safe. The living area also has 2 Murphy beds (full size), and a fully
applianced marble kitchen. & dining area. The Junior suite (sleeps 2) has
two Double beds, full bath with double dressing area & safe. The kitchenette
has a sink, coffee maker, microwave & apt size refrigerator. Each unit has
central air, wireless internet connection, flat screen TV, VCR & private
balconies overlooking the bay. Rent both units for $2000/week. One bedroom
unit for $1200/week or the Junior suite for $900/week. All renters are
responsible for the $50.00 utility tax at checkout. Holiday weeks slightly

Important Notice about Selling
your Unit Privately
ISCO must be advised of any private unit sales in order to effect proper title
transfer. ISCO maintains all owner records, it is imperative that sales
transactions be disclosed to ISCO and the appropriate paperwork completed. Upon
receipt of transfer documents and an administrative fee, ISCO will issue a
new contract in the purchaser's name.
Be sure to notify ISCO (800-550-7088) that you
are renting your unit. Also be sure the renter has a letter from you to take to
the front desk at Pelican when they register
