Important Notice about Selling your Unit Privately
ISCO must be advised of any private unit sales in order to effect proper title transfer. ISCO maintains all owner records, it is imperative that sales transactions be disclosed to ISCO and the appropriate paperwork completed. Upon receipt of transfer documents and an administrative fee, ISCO will issue a new contract in the purchaser's name.

Be sure to notify ISCO (800-550-7088) that you are renting your unit. Also be sure the renter has a letter from you to take to the front desk at Pelican when they register
