A Picture of Friar's Bay
Today's (2/26/01) Washington Post had a section on Caribbean 2001:Best Beaches. St. Martin's entry
was captioned "Lush foliage surrounds Friars Bay Beach in St. Martin, "underneath the picture it says "Bob Krist".

From overseas, instead of dialing 011-590 plus the six-digit number as you
have in the past, you will soon dial 011-590-590 plus the six-digit number.
The transition to this new numbering system is now underway. If you use
this and don't get through, eliminate one of the "590" sequences and dial
again, since the transition is not yet complete.
