Week #20(May 16 thru May 23) Saturday to Saturday for rent in 2009. These
units are C18A upstairs & C18B downstairs. They are located in the Caladium
Building. They are considered lockout units; each are completely separate
but can be combined with a locked stairway. Each unit will sleep four (4)
privately. I'm asking $650 for each unit, also the renter is responsible for
the $50 government timeshare tax. The yearly maintenance fee for these units
was $700 each for 2009. I am willing to split these units. The upstairs unit
has a balcony and the downstairs unit has a patio by a beautiful pool. For

We will be renting our unit A11 for week 21 ( Sat. to Sat)
in 2009.This is the largest single unit at the Pelican. It is
listed as a two bedroom, but it is really a three bedroom unit.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. It has a HUGE living room,a separate dining
room with a table for 8/10 people, 2 full baths, 3 T.V.'s ,
and probably 100 feet of patio (both sides). This unit is nearly
twice as big as the new Marina units. The A building is in a
great location. Rent is $1400. Not bad for a true Penthouse!
